maple syrup

chaga

In the spring we  are busy tapping our sugar maple trees and boiling down the sap to produce beautiful golden syrup we simply adore.

Growing on Yellow Birch trees throughout the Northern hemisphere this nutrient dense, decades old fungus is considered a new super food with the potential to aid with many health defects. We dry it and grind it to a powder to add to teas.
