This denim is a midweight, slightly rigid textile that will soften and become a little bluer with time. All 100% cotton denim is non stretch. All raw denim is unwashed and untreated and must be handled with specific care instructions. Think of your jeans as a project that will change with you and fit you better over time.

Blackbird Everyday Jeans Indigo Popcorn
Waist: When measuring to make sure you get a perfect fit. Measure at your natural waist, the smallest part of your waist.
Always measure on skin or undergarments ,a snug measuring tape but not tight or loose.
Blackbird Jeans are all high waisted jeans. Often the jeans will sit a tiny bit below the Natural waist so it is good to have the waistband one inch bigger than the smallest part of your waist to be sure of a comfortable fit.
Hip: Measure around the largest part of your bum. Choose either the same hip measurement for your jeans or an inch or two larger depending on if you want a snug or loose fit.
Inseam: Most jeans are made long in order to incorporate the majority of leg lengths and also to have a cuff which compliments the style. Raw denim jeans will lose an inch of length after the first wash. See Raw denim care.
